[A LITTLE ABOUT US ]

The Cannoli Factory, incorporated in 1980, has grown from a storefront operation to a 30,000 square foot building on 4 1/2 acres of property, acquired last year in Wyandanch, Long Island, New York. The building is complete with docking space and trailer space, facilitating loading and unloading and has 4,000 square feet of new refrigeration and freezer space, with the ability to stack up to 5 pallets high. Our shipping and receiving departments is open daily from 5 a.m. until 2 p.m.

The phenomenal growth of our company in the last ten years, has enabled us to go beyond the production of the timeless Cannoli, to such items as Tiramisu, Cheesecake, and more specialized pastry, without sacrificing or lowering any of our standards of excellence. The entire line is still made by hand using only the finest of ingredients.

Our contribution to advertising and marketing is in the form of National and Regional trade shows. It is our belief that this increases our exposure to new markets and enables the public to see and taste, in person, the excellence of our products.
